What to Expect
Requirements:
All dogs must be at least 16 weeks of age or older.
Dogs over 7 months of age must be spayed or neutered.
Owners must submit proof of the following vaccinations: Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella.
Dogs must be on a flea-preventative and heartworm medication year-round.
Reservations are required in order for your pup to play with us for the day.
New Clients Only: If your pup is attending it’s first day of daycare, they need to arrive between 6:30-6:45 am. All new dogs have this drop off time in order to slowly introduce them to the environment. Meeting multiple dogs at once can be overwhelming. We want your pup’s first experience to be a pleasant one. First days must be full days.
Established Clients: All dogs must be dropped off at the Depot by 10 am. Half-day afternoon drop off time is 2 pm.
Schedule: Dogs are separated into playgroups based on size, play style, age and personality. Each play group has rubber floors, toys and fresh water. Crates are used for time outs when dogs become over stimulated or continue with naughty behaviors. Human handlers are in every group at all times managing and engaging the dogs. Dogs are outside once per hour, by group. We maintain this schedule no matter the weather. The only situation that prevents us from keeping this schedule would be a strong thunderstorm. If it is extremely hot, cold or lightly raining, we will go outside. However, our visits will be brief for the safety of the dogs.
Our dogs nap every day. At this time, dogs are put into a crate that is appropriate to their size. We dim the lights and play special dog soothing music. Nap time is from 11:30 am-2:00 pm. Please remember we are CLOSED during this time.
Daycare Cost*
Daycare passes expire after 12 weeks. Please know you never lose your money at Doggie Depot. If you do not use up all of your daycare pass days in 12 weeks, that money will convert to cash credit on your account minus the pass discount.

Fine Print
All fees are payable in advance of service and are due at the time the dog is dropped off.
Cancellation policy: All services must be canceled the day before or will be subject to a one day or one-night charge. During peak vacation times (Presidents Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, June/July/August weekends, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years), separate cancellation policies will be communicated via email.
Reservations can be made by phone call, email, or through our online Customer Portal which you'll have access to after you've made your first reservation.
We are CLOSED for daycare on the following days: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
